Deep tissue massage in Westlands
Focused, slower work for chronic tension. Nia stays on the neck, the mid-back, or the hips instead of rushing a full-body tour.

- Time spent on the area you actually named
- Pressure that is strong and still adjustable
- Useful after desk work and long drives on Waiyaki Way
- A shower in the suite when the session ends
How Nia works
Deep tissue here is not a harder Swedish massage. Nia slows down, warms the tissue, and stays with the spot that has been tight all week. Most Westlands guests point to the upper back, the base of the neck, or the hips after hours in a chair or a car.
Tell her if a spot is injured, not merely tight. She will work around it. The session should feel intense and useful. If it feels sharp, say so and the pressure comes down.
Timing
Sixty minutes is enough for one region done properly, usually back and neck. Ninety minutes lets her include hips and legs without skipping the place you came in for. Book the longer hour if everything hurts and you do not want her to guess.
Hot stone can come first if the muscle is guarding. Ask for that as its own session, or say you want heat before deep work so we stage the stones.
Questions
Will I be sore the next day?
Mild tenderness is common after real deep tissue and usually fades within a day. Drink water. Skip a hard gym session that evening if you are new to this pressure.
Can I book this at 1 a.m.?
Yes, if Nia is on that shift. Message first so we are not heating a room for a therapist who is already in another suite.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. It is a massage for tension. If you have a diagnosis, an injury, or you are in acute pain, see a clinician. Tell us anyway so Nia can avoid the area.
