The route
Leave Waiyaki Way at the Westlands turn toward Ring Road Parklands and Sports Road. Come up to the sports club. Do not stay on the highway past the exit and try to U-turn.
This is the slow road. From 5 to 7 p.m. a short hop along Waiyaki Way can take far longer than the range above.
Getting off the highway
If you are already on Waiyaki Way, take the Westlands exit that feeds Ring Road Parklands and then Sports Road. Missing it means a long loop. Tell the driver the sports club, not a generic Westlands drop.
Light traffic really is about 6–12 minutes once you are near the exit. The range is wide because the highway itself decides the rest. At dusk, message us with where you are actually stopped.
Why late bookings work
After the evening peak, Waiyaki Way empties and the ride up to Sports Road is simple. The suite is open 24 hours, so a 10 p.m. or 1 a.m. session is often kinder than leaving the office at 5:30.
Deep tissue is the usual request from drivers who have been in that seat all week. Ask for Nia, and say neck or hips, so she starts in the right place.
