From Rhapta Road, head toward Ring Road Parklands on the sports-club side, then onto Sports Road. Do not route through the Westgate car park as a shortcut.
Rhapta Road clogs when Westlands offices empty. Leaving before 5 or after 7 is the difference.
Leaving the office strip
Rhapta Road guests usually finish a meeting and want the suite the same evening. The direct line is west to Ring Road Parklands and then Sports Road. Cutting through Westgate or the Mpaka Road shops feels familiar and takes longer.
Give the driver the spa name first. 'Westlands' alone will land you at a mall. Sports Road, near Westlands Sports Club, is the instruction that works.
What fits after a Rhapta day
Deep tissue with Nia is the common request after a day at a desk on Rhapta Road: neck, mid-back, hips. Sixty minutes covers one region. Ninety covers the week.
If you would rather switch off than dig into a knot, book Swedish with Wanja. Say which one you mean. We will not guess from 'a massage'.
