From Ring Road Parklands, take the turn toward Sports Road and Westlands Sports Club. You want the local road, not a continuation down to the highway.
From about 5 to 7 p.m. the ring road queues toward Waiyaki Way. Add time, or leave before the peak.
Getting off the ring road
Ring Road Parklands carries cars between Parklands, Highridge, and the Waiyaki Way side of Westlands. The mistake is staying on it until a mall. The spa is not on the ring road. It is on Sports Road, just off it.
If you are coming from the Parklands end, keep toward the club and take Sports Road. If you are coming from the Waiyaki Way end, you climb the ring road and turn before the traffic pins you at the junction.
Evenings
Between about 5 and 7 p.m. the ring road slows with everyone else trying to reach Waiyaki Way. A 4-minute hop can become a quarter of an hour. Message us with the hour you can actually leave, not the hour you hoped.
After the peak, and late at night, the same turn is quick again. The spa is open 24 hours, so a later booking is often the calmer arrival from this road.
