Massage near Parklands
Parklands is the residential neighbourhood just north of central Westlands. The spa is west of it, on Sports Road, not inside Parklands itself.

The route
From Parklands, take Ring Road Parklands toward the sports club and turn onto Sports Road. City Park and the hospitals are not on the way. Do not detour to them.
Parklands Road and the ring road both slow after 5. The Sports Road end is still a local turn once you are off those roads.
Across the ring road
From most of Parklands you meet Ring Road Parklands and follow it toward the sports club. Sports Road is the turn. If you live near the City Park side, you are on the far end of that ride, closer to 13 minutes than 8.
Sarit Centre sits between some Parklands streets and the spa. It is a landmark you pass in spirit, not a place to stop. The car park there will not help you.
What Parklands guests ask for
Swedish with Wanja is the usual first booking from Parklands: a full hour, a known pressure, home again the same way. Deep tissue with Nia is the follow-up when the neck has had a month of desks.
Nuru with Asha is booked from here as well, usually later, when the ring road has cleared. Say 75 or 120 minutes in the first message so the suite is held for the real length.
Local notes
- Follow the ring road to the sports club, then turn.
- Do not end the trip at a hospital or at City Park.
- Name the session length before you leave home.
